Kino is trying to defend this idea that even if you were eaten, you can still be resurrected. He argues that basically, since god is the creator, he should also be able to raise from the dead. The platonic view of resurrection is that the soul is immortal, and the soul will always continue to be immortal. Resurrection means not that your physical body will live again, but rather, your soul will go to be with god in an imaginary place above the earth.
