How to Engage With the News

As a Catholic news outlet, one of the questions that we're constantly asking ourselves is, does this piece bring someone closer to Christ? Does it detract from that? Is what we have reliable information? Did this particular person really engage in this situation in this way? These are great questions to animate, a good reading of the news. So I think Aquinas with his virtue of study and as we've been talking about here, the vice of curiosity, that forms a really great foundation for how to begin to engage with the news.
