Building a Community Around the Things You Are Passionate About

There are some really powerful ideas understanding this whole social capital thing. Are you building a bridging community or are you building a bonding community? And I think these aren't they make some point that this is not exclusiveYou can't have both of these but bridging is Inclusive it's bringing everybody else along and bonding is Exclusive This is kind of like the echo chamber Where you have some firmly held beliefs by a small group of people and it's like us against the world That's kind of the one that comes to mind based on where we're at right now.
