The Potential for a Gag Order in the Trump Case

Katherine Christian is a former special assistant district attorney in the Manhattan DA's office. She says Trump has issued a barrage of arguably threatening statements concerning both the judge in the case and the Manhattan district attorney, the prosecutor in this case. The first level at which we might see action in response to something like that could conceivably be a gag order. But she doesn't think Judge Michelle will be issuing one tomorrow.
