The Beauty of Setting Boundaries

The whole progress, not protection. How often do we set boundaries thinking about the progress of the other person versus our own self or our own protection? I know we've already said that, but it's just a point that's worth repeating because so much of the conversation around boundaries is self-protective. Just a few sentences there, but so much is sad.
