The Battle of Brandywine

The battle of brandywine took place on september eleventh. The british were able to break through the american right flank and take philadelphia. But somehow Washington still managed to hold out for a week before being beaten by hal manoeuvered his way back up the scolki river. He then doubled back and crossed at a lower ford that left Philadephia wide open.
