Diego Sanchez, COO of H.W. Media, filling in for Sarah Wheeler while she's on leave. Today I'm joined by Altos Research President Mike Simonson. Diego: Over the past few weeks, I've been a little frustrated by the declines in inventory that you've been tracking. What do you think is happening there?Mike: It's not because of two factors. There are more buyers right now than there have been in six, eight months like they're buyers out there. They rates have drifted back down closer to six percent and so they're starting to understand things are settling in.
