Bringing People Together - How to Set Up Your Guest for Success
When we enter a space where we do not have a connection with someone, that those indicators of power emerge very quickly. And so if and as you're deciding to bring people together, to think very first, what is it? Why am i doing this? And then second, how can i most set up my guest for success, that they might contribute to that purpose? Another example of a conference i looked at is called opportunity collaboration. There's a huge hierarchy, and there are huge power dynamics that are completely uno in the field,. Both systemically and also in individual one o one interactions.
