If you categorize the strategy for buying back your time, I would say do it by a category at a time. So if that's my so from a strategy perspective, I might say I want to replace marketing and then define that deep dive on it. And get marketing by your time back that you were spending marketing into a dedicated role. Then you might want to replace finance and then put that in there. You sort of cherry picking by category of things that you do or don't want to do and then and then fill in that role with what you're looking for.
