The one thing that comes up with everyone, irrespective of whether we are working on anxiety, you know, recurrent miscarriage, stress, desire. The one thing is shame. Everyone comes in with the feeling of maybe I'm the broken one and it doesn't look like anyone else has these problems. For a lot of people having to reach out to a psychosexual therapist or any therapist a lot of the time can feel terrifying and feels like such a massive step and a massive ask for help.
