Rob says it's likely that rates will come down further. The pace of the drops has slowed down though, so maybe it'll only be a little bit or maybe it won't meaningfully come down for another six months or another year. It sounds like you're talking about your own home and there's a lot to be said for knowing what your payments are going to be. So I would say there was a point when it was pretty black and white, but now there is no right answer.
