Are You a Solution Oriented Person?

Is it ok to complain when you're the new guy? I think what's so important is just how you address it. To go to a senior physician or partner and say, hey, your preaf worklows garbage, accomplishes nothing right,. makes you seem like a whiner or a complainer. It would be phrased as, hey, here's some ideas that, you know, f you're interested, i think we might be able to improve things.
