How to Focus in a Virtual Classroom Environment
Being careful with your multitasking ideally focusing on one thing at once. Close down some of those excess tabs, maybe put your device on airplane mode or disconnect from Wi-Fi if you can. And then working in those those kind of very deliberate I'm going to focus for the next 45 minutes and then reward myself with a little break.
