Sally Kohn: I love the premise that you presented in the book like, okay, so if there's no singular self that's sort of leading the show. Like how does it switch between who's in the lead and you use the example of flocking birds? She says she could go up to 11 levels of watching herself, watch myself but then realized "it's turtles all the way down" The Big Bang Theory star said he often doesn't know what he's thinking until he is moving.
Jordan Gruber is one of the authors of "Your Symphony Of Selves" and joins us to discuss how we all have multiple selves, not a single self.
