Jason Carmichael's Killing of His Brother

Anisega: It seems pretty obvious at this point that it is going to be Jason Carmichael who killed his brother Rufus. But do they yet have an actual case? Because where is any sort of identification while you know that he is last apparently going to see the brother? No one really saw him at all.
