How to Increase Transparency in Family Courts

There are moves of foot to try and improve transparency in the family courts. It would be very difficult to do otherwise, particularly given that in this particular procedure, the parties have agreed on the expert. I haven't seen where that is led to as yet, but i am confident that rules are being thought of which will continue the balance of privacy, confidentiality, against public knowledge.
