Yungi Therapy - Dream Analysis
The concept of shadow primes you to look for things that i think often people already know. So my youngantherapist never mention the word shadow, but would talk about the unconscious. O there are things i don't know about me and where i'm going, orme and where i've been. And i have to be open to receiving this information. Of course, it's good to have a method. In yungi and therapy, dream analysis is big. And so that was often the way that i became conscious. I'll tell you a dream i had. It was like recognizing that you needed to leave something, and you sort of knew it all along on some level
