How to Be Constructive When Complaining
It's super important to be constructive with the person you're talking to and to be factual as well. You want to make sure that you're kind of being fair in everything, and you're not making someone's day really harder than it needs to be already. And actually, i see a lot of these videos, like on tique talk, where people get really angry with customers, service, am staff. At the end of the dayit the person who is angry and complaining and aggressive, they they don't get what they want, so it backfires on them.
