Software has gotten easier and easier to rewrite or easier to write. Part of the reason why you do want to kind of constantly be reevaluating. Why did we do it this way? And if we were to do it again, would we make the same decisions? The other other key bit is if you were to make a different decision, would it have merely allowed us to deliver that? Same artifact faster and better? Or is it going to yield some real quantum jump into the quality?"
