How to Do a Full Complete User Experience in Everyday Work

I had high expectations and a bit disappointed actually. It was more of a lecture and a short breakout thing in the end where not all the teams got to present and we only had 15 minutes. I feel like you can say coming out of that session I'm not really confident I can say that this is what I'm going to use in my work. You can't really decide until you've actually looked into it and delved into what does this really mean for our business. That's why everybody is craving for tools to help them understand how do we take those first steps.
