Is It an Illusion?
The percent of stocks above the 200-day moving average looks structurally bullish. So we've had a junk stock rally. We've had a bunch of other stocks that have gotten above some key technical levels here, which is kind of indicating we'll get Carter's take on that. It does not suggest a bottom when you continue to see some of the zanyness and specifically a lot of these meme stocks.
