Don't Start Fucking
Make a workout routine for yourself that's healthy not too crazy. If you're feeling like you're not eating well do some research on how to eat more balanced and have fun with cooking healthy meals. Not only will this help your self-esteem and the way that you perceive yourself in the mirror but it will also help your health right like your actual internal body health. There's just nothing there's no downside to putting a little bit of extra time and energy into taking care of your health.
