How Do You Create a Community Like This?

"I've learned the most about group stuff from this guy Betty Matheson and he one of the things I remember about his events is he always starts by drawing it's like putting the agenda up but he does it in a graphic way," she says. "One thing that was really inspiring to me when I went to a vibe camp was just being in this little circle by a lake and just like kind of observing these curious intelligent people who are all working on their own thing" She adds: "It's very much like oh you are very driven to do that and we see your special ability to do it how do we just completely amplify that?"
