I've always known my end point. Even before i started writing, i knew where it would finish. But i don't always know how i'm going to get there. The characters just took me. There they were all sitting in their houses in the middle of the 19 76 heat wave and i knew i got to get them outside. And this idea just drifted into my mind,. I thought, oh, that's idea, right. Will do that, then welwe will have some kind of miracle happen on this avenue where they all live and that will bring them all out of their houses.
