Is There a Balance of Utility Like That?

I like to combine if i know stuff about the patient, and to what i think is more likely. There's a specific order to doing those in terms of most least likely. I feel like people go through a curve of this based on their experiencen for any particular, whatever area that they feel comfortable in. At first they will not want to do any thing,. becausetethe don't have the confidence to do anything. And then as they learn more about it, they'll always want to do something. As you really kind of develop mastery, then you start to scale back again.
