Is There a Theory Separate From a Problem?

i think that i's solved by the idea of the problem situation, and that there's no such thing as the theory separate from a problem that that theory is trying to explain. So it's like our ideas are not just theory laden, but they are problem laden in the sense that, like the representations that we form, quotin qort, representations that weForm contain in them the structure of the Problem Situation which they're meant to address. Yes? Because that's just, and, i mean, like we said in the beginning, we're equally just fused and just stumbling around into spaceasa,. That's the fun of it.
