Is There a Pilot Programme for Community Gardening?
D c is one of the cities that people are looking to till ik figure ou how to implement this. The same way that we have, like our green, in our blue trash cans, they will have a third trash can that is for organic material. Right now, on the community garden side, wards seven and eight only have seven active sites between the two of them. Ward five is a little more economically mixed. It has a lot of blue collar neighborhoods, but also some fancier ones.
