Is There a Relationship Between Dating Apps and Marriage Rates?
As of 2019, 12% of American adults ended up in a relationship or were married from a dating app and that's up from just 3% in 2013. Only 39% said that they've either been in a committed relationship or have gotten married from dating apps. I think there will also be a pendulum swing with this, especially post-pandemic. So I wouldn't be surprised if we pull back at least to a certain degree from these technologies. They've seen their heyday.
