Are You Anxious or Avoidant? What Are Your Thoughts?
I find that often in sort of the language and literature because a common conversation about attachment you write is more like anxious people are like they're the victims of relational experiences. But I'm curious your thoughts on that because I feel like often the anxious person feels kind of fucked over. And yet in my experience of being avoidant, when I was avoidant, I did present as having high self confidence. It's all just possibility. Not just possibility. But also acknowledgement, validation, healing, and then like stop chasing other people for the shit you got to give to yourselfbecause you're never going to get it there. That's the whole design of trying to outsource it. Yes.
