How to Strategically Plan Your Training

I've done it for like 30 years now. It makes your knees and your back feel better after a heavy training cycle. Don't use that kind of stuff when it's absolutely needed or you're taking away its potency. The same thing with training if you have say a five chain three rep box squat max with a safety bar, don't use it all the time. Use it sparingly just like you would the modalities of a recovery method strategically. You know that's that should be what the whole off season is for. All we've been talking about is how to strategically plan. Yes. But most people are not planning there especially not long term planning. That's one thing.
