Weight Loss and Weight Regain

A lot of us struggle with taking care of ourselves because there was so much happening. Lack of access to healthy food make it more challenging to lose weight and maintain weight loss when it's easier to get process foods than fruits and vegetables. When we lose weight, changes in our bodies appetite harmones can make us feel hungrier. This causes us to eat more and regain the weight we lost.
