"It does no good to pretend that you are better at something than you actually are," says Andy. "There's a competitive nature there right you know what I'm saying but and that's why every two years or three years we get in a literal fistfight." If your heart isn't in it, don't keep going with the same company for another four years according to Andy. You always say the magic is in not quitting but at what point if there is one do you pivot and turn your attention to starting over or building another business? He also talks about how he got into his current job as an executive of a peril company.
