The Importance of Love in Life
Anyone who does not love does not know God because God is love. Do you know a mature Christian? Someone so Christ-like, so God-like, that when you're with them, you just become better.? Just in their presence, it wears off. I think what you see in those lovely senior saints is they're growing into the image of this God. What John is saying is that this is what it means for God to be Father.
