The Pros and Cons of Kegging
The ability to adjust how much you're serving is a really big benefit of kegging. You do have the ability to batch to change the entire batch at once just by adding something to the keg. The biggest drawback about kegging is that it does cost a little bit of money, but there are other cons as well.
