Couldn't We Get Both Birds With One Stone?
Housing permits are falling every single month now. We still have more homes under contract or having it started yet. The last time that happened was late 2006 the recession did not happen until 2008. It's like everything else we take data one week at a time one month at a time and we'll see cracks in the system just not there yet.
