Grum: There are many things going on and likely many people vocalizing different things, um, similar to what is probably seen outside the OR. If there's an established relationship or bond with the providers in any manner, you're more likely going to be able to have them listen to what you have to say. The other big thing here I want to offer as a take home point is the importance of developing or working towards at least a dedicated response team for intraoperative emergencies. It's something we spend a lot of time in in the clinical practice literature calling out that we don't do enough. And so just reminding everyone what you're being asked repeating it seems silly, honestly, sometimes
