How to Overcome Superstitions When You Get on a Plane

A while back i found myself unintentionally developing a superstition for getting on the plane. I have this uh tungsten wedding ring on my hand and yeah when i was a teacher i used to like tap it on things sometimes for like a point of emphasis in a classroom. At some point i got into the habit of just as you're stepping on the plane as as you're leaving the gangway of tapping the ring on the outside of the plane on the physical surface of itYeah and it became a superstition and i was doing it a bunch but not really realizing it.
