Are You Working in Your Genius Right Now?

A lot of people on your teams are thinking about leaving, right? And they would probably love to be able to stay if they were able to do work that was in their genius. Karen just wrote me a note that kind of blew me away at first. She said it's really a bad idea to get 10 years of expertise doing something you don't like and then feel like, well, I got to keep using it. It's just not worth trying to do that.
