For 95% of people out there, getting at least six hours of sleep per night is the goal. If you're falling asleep a lot during the daytime, you're probably not getting enough sleep at night. For those of us like myself that need a 20 or 30 minute nap in the afternoon, great, that doesn't necessarily mean you're not getting enough bed time. I suggest trying various things one by one to see what works best for you.
