The Unconsciousness of the Crowd

The unconsciousness of the crowd, to which Jesus points from the cross, has been illustrated again and again in our own time. The resurrected Christ appears only to the people who ultimately seceded from the mob. Vaux-pau-pou-ri, vaux-dei, is the voice of the mob.
