In an individual therapy setting, you can process things that have happened, but in a group. It's actually this real time process where you can get activated and then work through the reactivity and activation in community. So many skills needed to organize and lead groups right. And it creates your book presents two sections. The first offers ways to structure and organize IFS groups experiences and the second section suggests facilitator skills and exercises for the FES groups work.
