What's the Story of Publishing With Tin House?

Ej wrote the book of letters as a translation book. It just sort of didn't go anywhere for several years. Then i went back to it to re translate letters and add the prose chapters that it has now. And even then, i did no, it was a memoir per se. That version is what a went to tin house, and the editor reached out to me. There was another publisher that was also interested. But when i talked to my editor, maisie, at tin house, it was just a different conversation. I guess i just remember thinking, o, i'd really like to talk to her a bit more. Is just, this is theattr i actually
