The Importance of Providing Feedback to Other Therapists

There are different ways that people have learned to give feedback to other therapists. I think this kind of nurturing way and kind of teaching this way of interacting as colleagues would be revolutionary in changing how we approach not just the therapy but the profession and each other. There's so much about our field that's really where the criticisms that we get aren't necessarily from our clients they're from our colleagues.
