Do You Have a Reading Habit?

i read a book summary a day for 90 days. I also start t start to do a lot more audio books. And that's mainly because i want to save my eyes for work. It's better too, to read through your ears, because it just exercises a different part of your or our brain. So i've ben be tring to work out more. But the point isn't quantity pointi just how much you retain, you know? And, and i'm the sum total of the relevant knowledge that i retain.
