The Importance of a Whole Food Plant Based Diet
The way it works is that your body needs thousands upon thousands of nutrients. When you eat an abundance and diversity of these foods, you are fueling yourselves on a metabolic level. It reactivates a completely infertile reproductive system in both men and women. And we have to stop taking this reductionist approach to think like, okay, if we just isolate this one nutrient, we can give that to people because there's the nutrients we know about that we can quantify.
