i have learned the hard way, from doing everything wrong, in how to become a good leader. i've kind of developed my own leadership theory, called this marocky leadership. And so it's all about love leadership, which is so counter intuitive to our industry. But even for myself, s that like intervated, introverted, left brain accountant, i have got to re focus on the love and integrate what i care about with my work.
