How Education Should Teach Health?

Education should teach health so that as children grow up, they know how to take care of their bodies. The two parts of that are nutrition, eating and the other part is fitness exercise. Most parents now do not teach their children how to cook or about healthy food. Home education or school doesn't matter. Kids absolutely must have that.
