There's a lot of great engineering leaders out there, like your and others, that can be put on boards of companies. What do you think is what is stopping this from happening? I think there's inertia. And the challenges are often not more described than are oure hiring targets. But it's not hard step dead bodies, and i think that's one place to start.
In the first episode of Developing Leadership, Eiso Kant and Jason Warner talk about how the roles and perceptions of engineers and engineering leaders have changed over the decades. Eiso and Jason share their experiences in the world of tech and the lessons that have stayed with them through the years.
