Sixth Street Investment in BFC
Ali had to convince Alan Waxman to take a chance on this new type of investment. Sixth Street, after doing that homework that Ali was saying, they ended up committing $125 million as the lead investor. BFC is going to be the lead investor and majority owner for at least a decade. But Ali said she feels pretty good about that setup.
