Diet is a cheap, easy way to get a bunch of that for yourself. I think the biggest blind spot for elite institutions is that they can be wrong. It's especially hard in scientific fields because if science says like we might be wrong, there's a whole field of charlatans that are going to jump on that. And you're going to create these problems.
